How long does shipping take?
Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM PST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or the time spent in transit (additional 3-7 business days). Please check your tracking information sent to you before contacting our customer service members.
Please note, Laura Lee Los Angeles is not liable for incorrect information including shipping information submitted at checkout. Please double check your address before submitting your order.
NOTE:
Due to COVID-19, please expect some delays in shipping times. International orders may be delayed 1-2 months.
During new releases, holidays, etc. there can be an additional 3-5 business days of processing time.
Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:
- Total distance between us and you
- Whether your shipment is domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else)
Domestic Shipping
- USPS or UPS
International Shipping (Does not account for time at customs, border inspection facilities, etc.)
- USPS or UPS
- International customers (outside US) are responsible for any fees required by customs.
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Laura Lee Los Angeles is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates will vary depending on Domestic vs International shipments. U.S. orders over $60 qualify for free shipping.
We are not responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes required by customs. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
